1. About PakkaPath

PakkaPath Technologies Pvt Ltd ("PakkaPath", "we", "us") operates a marketplace platform connecting customers with local service providers (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, masons, and other trades) in West Champaran, Bihar, India.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the PakkaPath platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Services

PakkaPath connects customers with independent service providers. PakkaPath is not responsible for the quality of work performed by service providers. However, we offer a 7-day service guarantee — if you are not satisfied, we will arrange a re-visit.

5. Payments

Payments are made directly to service providers via UPI. PakkaPath may charge a platform commission on completed bookings. Commission rates will be communicated separately.

6. Cancellation

Customers may cancel bookings before a service provider has been assigned. Cancellation policies after assignment will be communicated in the app.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
